Ingredients
- 500 g Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured lean steak pieces
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Red onion
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp Reduced salt soy sauce
- 3 tbsp reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce
- 4 Spring onions
- Juice of a lime
- A pinch of chilli flakes
- 2 x 300 g Packets straight to wok Udon noodles or similar
To serve
- 80 g Mixed leaves

Method
- Peel and dice the red onion and slice the spring onions.
- Heat the oil in a large wok over a high heat and fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft and browning.
- Stir in steak pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add crushed garlic, grated ginger, reduced salt soy sauce and reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a minute, and then add half the spring onions, lime juice and chilli flakes.
- Heat the noodles as per packet instructions and arrange them into serving bowls.
- Top with steak and add the remaining spring onions, chilli flakes, and lime juice.
- Serve with a side salad.
